What we're all about
Regenerative Rebel is a holistic clinic that specializes in the work of regenerative health. We offer an alternative approach to traditional holistic health with bioenergetic testing and regenerative health detox support. When you address the root cause this allows the body to reverse, repair, and regenerate from its current state. This is accomplished through bioenergeitc testing, detoxification, herbalism, nutrition, and kinesiology.
I am a Certified Regenerative Health Practitioner that is trained in regenerative detox, iridology, herbalism, and many other modalities that help assess the body as a whole.
I specialize in digestive health, autoimmune, overall preventative care, and many other conditions. Disease is nothing more than Dis-ease. Disease is a lack of ease and flow in the body that has derived from a state of acidosis and lymphatic stagnation.
I work with each client to create a personalized holistic health plan and determine which therapy or combination would be most beneficial for that specific client.
My motto at Regenerative Rebel is that suffering is optional and thriving is possible. Your body is designed to heal when you give it the right environment.

Iris Analysis and Report
The iris is an extension of the brain with over 28,000 nerve endings. The iris is connected to every organ and tissue of the body by way of the brain and nervous system. The nerve fibers receive impulses through the optic nerve, optic thalami, and spinal cord. It reveals inflammation, where it's located, and in what stage it is manifesting. (acute, subacute, chronic, degenerative). It reveals body constitution, inherent weaknesses, and different levels of health.

Bioenergetic Analysis
The Qest 4 is a non-diagnostic tool that assessses for energetic imbalances within the body at a cellular level. When something stresses or weakens the body, it shows up in the system as an energetic imbalance. Through this assessment, we identify organs or glands needing support, along with what modalities your body is prioritzing. This allows your practitioner to create a custom protocol, tailored to your needs. Additionally, we include a personalized imprint remedy, similiar to homeopathy, which supports your body in regaining balance. The imprint is created based on your root cause and emotional imbalances, promoting you to move through your detox with efficiency and repair at a deeper level. Emotions are the root of many imbalances in the body. When we suppress emotions, they negatively affect our organs, systems, cells and tissues. Clearing these allows for better outcomes.
Frequency Healing
Frequency Healing can be traced back to the days of Dr. Royal Rife. Everything that exists resonates at a certain vibration or frequency including viruses, pathogens, dis-eases as well as every single cell in the body. Dr. Rife developed the Rife Machine which used specific frequencies to reverse dis-ease in the body. The Healy Bio-resonance device is a portable holistic quantum frequency machine that merges health, science and technology in a small wearable device. The Healy uses its quantum sensor to determine the frequencies which are causing bio-energetic imbalances in the body. It then uses frequencies to help the body correct, balance and harmonize the physical, mental and emotional body. The Healy can be used for many different health related issues such as chronic pain, migraines, fatigue, allergies, fibromyalgia, sleep and many other health concerns.

Hi! I'm Shantell
RN and Certified Regenerative Health Practitioner
Let me tell you a little bit about my background!
I was born with a chronic genetic condition, Cystic Fibrosis. I was also diagnosed with Type I Diabetes in my mid 20's. Throughout the years I have had many chronic lung and sinus infections as well as digestive issues. I took numerous rounds of antibiotics multiple times a year and have been hospitalized several times due to these conditions. During some of these hospitalizations I also had severe reactions to some of the pharmaceutical medications I was given. I had multiple sinus surgeries throughtout the years and was also on a daily antibiotic for over a decade as a preventative measure for my lungs. Because of the pharmaceuticals I was on just to try and maintain my health, I also developed severe acid reflux and had significant amounts of chronic inflammation in my body.
Through all of this I was also a gymnast for 17 yrs and competed as a division I collegiate athlete at Iowa State University and become a Big 12 gymnastics team champion. After the Big 12 conference championships I was warming up my floor routine at the NCAA championships and fractured my lower back during a warm-up tumbling run and was unable to get up off the floor. This ended my gymnastics career.
I then transferred to the University of Minnesota where I graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology. I continued on with my education to become a Registered Nurse and worked at the University of Minnesota Hospital for 17 yrs caring for patients. I recently attended the Institute of Regenerative Health and graduated as a Certified Regenerative Health Practitioner.
Since finding the work of regenerative health I have been able lose a significant amount of weight, in which I decreased the inflammation in my body. I have been able to permanently discontinue my daily antibiotics, my two acid reflux meds and have not had to take any other antibiotics in over 2 years. My blood sugars and the amount of insulin that I take on a daily basis have also decreased. The nerve pain in my neck, down my arms, in my legs and my feet has also subsided.
Ever since I was a young girl I have always cared for others. I have been both a patient and a provider in the western medical system. My goal is to continue to help people in a different way by getting to the root cause of dis-ease and regenerating the body at the cellular level in a more natural way.
With hard work, dedication and consistency you can do whatever you put your mind to. Your mind is a powerful tool.
